Sensitive skin doesn’t care what’s trendy.
Every year there’s a new must-add step — a new serum, a new essence, a new routine that promises to finally fix things. But for skin that already reacts easily, more steps usually just means more variables. More things that could be the reason it’s stinging, more things layered on top of each other so you can’t tell which one is actually helping and which one is the problem.
The question I kept coming back to, working on a formula for reactive skin, wasn’t “what should I add to make this work better?” It was “what can I take out?”
That’s the same question that shaped Qi Again from the start — structure before addition, taking away before stacking more on. It’s why I ended up simplifying my next project into one bar, head to toe, instead of separate products for separate steps. Not because “all-in-one” is a trend, but because fewer things touching reactive skin means fewer variables to untangle if something goes wrong.
I’ll be sharing more of how this one came together, piece by piece. Follow @qiagain.skin on Instagram or subscribe on YouTube to follow along.
